Rendez-vous devant les marche du palais omnisports de Bercy (métro Bercy).
19h à 20h30 cours pour les intermédiaires et avancées.
20h35 22H00 cours remise en forme ( découverte et débutant ).

Due giorni all’insegna del Parkour in compagnia dei suoi fondatori, i membri del gruppo Yamakasi, Laurent Piemontesi e Yann Hnautra, per assaporare il clima dell’autentico Parkour, con il suo duro allenamento, il divertimento che non manca mai, e tanta energia positiva.  Non serve avere particolari capacità sportive, servono solo buona energia! Un’esperienza unica, Un’occasione da non perdere! Programma: –Sabato 10 Novembre: Ceglie Messapica, campetti di S.Anna e dintorni (Via Angelico Beato). dalle ore 14:00 alle 20:00 circa (in caso di prevista pioggia l’allenamento sarà spostato con preavviso nella stessa location di Domenica 11) -Domenica 11 Novembre: San Vito dei Normanni, ExFadda (via Brindisi) dalle ore 10:00 alle 18:00 circa Costo di partecipazione: 31€ (o 21€ per giorno singolo) Se avete bisogno di pernottamento vi faremo sapere a breve.
